Welcome to the Tavern Trattoria!

Hello there and welcome!  We are John and Sherri Buchanan - the owners of The Tavern Trattoria! 

Originally from the St. Louis area, we decided to move to the Lake for some much needed peace and quiet. When we first arrived three years ago, we felt welcomed and at home in the community. So, having been in the restaurant game for over 25 years, we decided we would set up camp permanently with a new restaurant - The Tavern at Trails End.  After a very successful year, we decided to open another restaurant, so we started the Tavern Smokehouse.   

We can't wait to bring our 3rd concept to the area in 2024, offering modern Italian food in a welcoming atmosphere - The Tavern Trattoria!
